Refund policy
What you are paying for
Job Burro is free software. There are no paid plans, subscriptions, or digital goods that unlock at checkout. If you choose to contribute on jobburro.com/donate/, you are making an optional, voluntary contribution in United States dollars (USD) to help cover hosting and AI costs. A contribution does not buy access, features, rewards, or a tax-deductible donation.
Delivery
No physical goods ship. The software is delivered in the browser to anyone with a free account, whether or not they contribute. Payment, when you choose to contribute, is processed immediately by Stripe Checkout.
Refunds
If you contributed by mistake, or you want your money back, email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. Include the email used at checkout and the approximate amount and date. We will refund the Stripe charge to the original payment method. Stripe’s processing fee is not always returned to us; we still refund you in full.
After 30 days we may still refund at our discretion. Chargebacks should be a last resort — contact us first so we can fix it.
Cancellations
There are no subscriptions to cancel. One-time contributions do not recur unless you choose to contribute again.
Returns
There are no physical products to return.
